PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced and dependable Quality Inspecting Shift Lead on behalf of our client in Pelham Rd area in Greenville, SC.

Shift Leaders are the technical expert on performing quality control inspections and parts rework. They run the shift they are scheduled for and lead the team on that shift.


Quality Inspecting Shift Lead Responsibilities include:

  • Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors, ensuring effective coordination, productivity, and flawless adherence to quality standards
  • Validate Inspectors are prepared with the tools, equipment and supplies for each Work-Order
  • Conduct multiple validations per Inspector per shift to ensure adherence to inspection instructions
  • Perform data entry and timekeeping on behalf of your team with utmost accuracy
  • Complete a pass-down report and provide the customer with a data report at the end of each shift
  • Exercise Transparent and Honest communication with all team members and share relevant information, goals, and expectations related to PPE compliance, site safety, sign in/out procedures, scheduling and break periods
  • Demonstrate and enforce 100% compliance with our customer’s PPE rules
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and addressing areas for improvement
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication channels with leaders, providing regular updates on quality performance and promptly escalate customer concerns
  • Identify and empower inspectors with potential for career advancement
  • Utilize our company’s vision and values to track and document employee attendance, address performance concerns, and provide guidance and counseling
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive employee engagement and development initiatives
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, commitment, ownership and accountability in all aspects of your role
