The Role

As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the Quality Department and champion the programs that ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Excellence: Oversee all aspects of handling, packaging, and shipping to ensure every product meets cGMP requirements.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the site’s quality personnel, establishing goals, priorities, and training schedules.
  • Strategic Systems: Lead audits, investigations, CAPAs, and change control programs with an innovative, best-practice approach.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key partner to Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics to support seamless operations.
  • Product Integrity: Hold final authority over the disposition of in-process materials and the release of finished goods.

What You Bring

  • Expertise: A Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of quality management experience.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: High proficiency in FDA regulations, cGMP, and safety standards.
  • Technical Savvy: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas), Word, and Outlook.
  • Preferred Credentials: ASQ or other professional Quality certifications.
