Job description

What You’ll Do

As a QA Technician, you’ll help ensure our manufacturing processes and products consistently meet customer and quality standards. You’ll inspect and audit products and processes, operate advanced inspection equipment such as CMMs, spectrometers, X-ray systems, and laser scanners, and collect and review SPC data. You’ll also document nonconformances, support corrective actions, and help maintain critical quality documents and work instructions.

Shift is Monday to Friday.  Swing: 3PM-11:30PM.  Starting pay is $23.57/hour plus shift premium

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented quality professional with at least one year of Quality Technician—or closely related—experience in a manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, using precision measurement equipment, and working with process and quality data. Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • One or more years of experience as a Quality Technician, or in a closely related quality role, within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

  • Additional technical education, certifications, and/or relevant training.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using precision measurement and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, process audits, nonconformance documentation, and corrective-action processes.
  • Working knowledge of SPC principles and data collection.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, quality, and management teams.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Employer will not sponsor visas for position.  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
