Job Overview
Our client's IT team is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support a Local Public Health Data Solution implementation project built on the Salesforce platform. The QA Analyst will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and the QA manager to validate system functionality, safeguard data integrity, track issues, and drive continuous improvement following a Scaled Agile Framework.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases for new and existing functionality
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and formulate test scenarios covering positive, negative, cross-functional, and end-to-end conditions
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing with a focus on data integrity and validation
  • Test configurations, workflows, and integrations with external data sources; validate privacy and security across roles and permissions
  • Log test results in QMetry or Zephyr; track and manage defects in Jira with clear communication to development teams
  • Validate end-to-end data integrity, functional flow, third-party services, and data conversion
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve product usability, performance, and reliability
  • Stay current with QA best practices, tools, and emerging testing approaches including test automation
Required Skills
  • X-X years of professional QA/software testing experience
  • Salesforce application testing (APIs and integrations)
  • RESTful and SOAP API testing
  • Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - test planning, execution, defect management
