Job description

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

 Participate in the New Product Introduction process when applicable, while processing Quotes,

identifying at early stages specific product requirements including measuring and testing

requirements, to determine the need of new testing / measuring devices or test fixtures, among

others.

 Participate in the determination and search for new testing and measuring devices required and

execute all required actions to get them with approval of the QA Manager, keeping updated the

database of Testing and Measuring Devices capabilities of the site.

 Participate in the review and understanding of quality control requirements based on

customer’s documents as well applicable industry standards, to implement the processes

required to ensure the quality of products at the first time.

 Support / create and update the Customer’s Specifications for First Article and Inspection

Reports, based on new customers and the updated needs of existing customers, assuring its

proper documentation and communication to the personnel involved, based on the request of

the QA Manager.

 Manage/coordinate the creation and update of the Customer’s Certificates of Compliance,

based on their requirements, assuring the proper documentation and communication to the

required personnel, based on the request of the QA Manager.

 Participate in the update, training and supervision on the application of the guidelines and

procedures for the correct creation of test programs and test instructions, to the applicable

personnel, to assure the robust detection of non-conforming product at the stage of testing.

 Support as required, the correct generation of test programs / instructions by QA Technicians to

assure the quality of the product tested, to detect non-conforming product, and preventing

escapes to the customer, and allow the flow of production with no delay, helping to the delivery

on time of shipments, and if required, takeover and elaborate/supervise complex test programs

and test instructions
