Summary

As a Quality Assurance and Human Resource Analyst at ICON Health Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we are providing quality and reliability of our healthcare process. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional supportive living services that improve patient outcomes. In this role you will undertake various tasks to empower clients in reclaiming control over their lives and journey to living independently in the least restrictive environment. This will be accomplished by auditing the performance of home and community based staff in addition to routine check ins with the clients we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure home and community based staff assist educate, and support clients in daily living tasks, vocational skills, housing access, financial management, and community transportation.
  • Execute comprehensive crosschecks to ensure quality of care.
  • Monitor clients who may decline active services and pose a potential danger to themselves or others, ensuring appropriate referrals for emergency psychiatric or crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Complete all required paperwork, reports, and documentation in an organized manner and within established deadlines.
  • Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to validate functionality against business requirements.
  • Analyze audit reports and assessment results and document findings, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address defects and enhance staff performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring they are equipped to use our services successfully.
  • Analyze customer and provider data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinic providers and home and community based staff to uncover opportunities and drive client satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationship and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls to address any concerns or questions.
  • Implement project management best practices to ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for client needs within the organization.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into test scenarios.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or compliance based roles.
  • Strong understanding of mental health field.
  • Familiarity with business requirements analysis and documentation..
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • HR experience preferred but not required.
