Tower is seeking a Software Developer  to join one of its trading teams in New York. You will be joining the US Development team and will be in charge of improving the current research framework through the development of existing and new tools, and provide close day-to-day support to the quantitative research team on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A Master's degree is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python
  • Experience in C++ Development
  • Minimum 3 years experience of production Python development
  • Experience with statistical libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Polars
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and geographically distributed environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash
  • Experience with workflow management and task scheduling
  • Good knowledge of both Equities and Equity Derivatives trading

Anticipated New York annual base salary of $150,000-$200,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
