Where is the work:

Ce que vous ferez :

• Developper, concevoir et mettre en uvre des microservices et des outils afin d'offrir de nouvelles capacites a notre modele LLM (ARIA)
• Rencontrer les gestionnaires de developpement pour discuter des projets logiciels
• Mener des etudes de faisabilite pour des systemes logiciels ameliores
• Mettre a jour les systemes logiciels existants et proposer des ameliorations pour optimiser la fonctionnalite et l'efficacite
• Concevoir de nouveaux programmes logiciels, sites Web et applications
• Rediger du code de programmation avance
• Effectuer des revues de code afin de maintenir des normes de qualite elevees et de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques
• Gerer les echeanciers et les taches des projets
• Creer des documents techniques pour les nouveaux programmes logiciels
• Participer aux reunions quotidiennes SCRUM
• Collaborer avec l'equipe de recherche en IA pour recueillir des commentaires et integrer les dernieres decouvertes et methodologies

• Documenter les processus de developpement, partager les apprentissages et maintenir une documentation organisee pour favoriser le

  partage des connaissances au sein de l'equipe

• Aider a superviser le deploiement des composantes developpees par notre equipe
• Developper, ameliorer et maintenir les services et le code existants
• Repondre aux billets de depannage et de maintenance

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour reussir:

• Baccalaureat ou maitrise en genie logiciel, en informatique ou experience equivalente
• Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans un domaine connexe
• Experience avec Python
• Experience en tests unitaires; pytest
• Connaissance approfondie de la programmation orientee objet
• Experience en debogage de microservices dans une infrastructure AWS (CloudWatch, roles, etc.)
• Familiarite avec l'architecture des LLM et les pratiques exemplaires
• Connaissance de Linux essentielle, ainsi qu'une experience en automatisation de taches
• Experience avec les microservices et les services geres AWS (Lambdas, files d'attente, API Gateway, etc.)
• Utilisation de Git comme systeme de controle de versions
• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en developpement logiciel
• Excellentes habiletes en communication ecrite et verbale
• Solides competences en communication pour favoriser une collaboration efficace entre les equipes
• Esprit innovant, capable d'ameliorer les algorithmes en fonction des besoins et exigences d'affaires

Exigences linguistiques :
Le bilinguisme francais-anglais est requis.
En plus de la maitrise du francais, les candidats retenus doivent avoir une maitrise professionnelle complete de l'anglais afin de soutenir et de collaborer avec des clients, collegues et/ou divers intervenants anglophones.

What you will do:

• Develop, design and implement micro-services and tools to provide new capabilities to our LLM (ARIA) model
• Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects
• Conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems
• Update existing software systems and propose enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Designing new software programs, websites, and applications
• Writing advanced programming code
• Conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality coding standards and promote best practices.
• Managing project timelines and tasks
• Creating technical documents for new software programs
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings
• Collaborate with the AI Research team to gather feedback and integrate the latest findings and methodologies.
• Document development processes, share insights, and maintain organized documentation for knowledge sharing within the team.
• Help supervise the deployment of components built by our team.
• Develop, upgrade, and maintain existing services and code

• Responding to troubleshooting / maintenance tickets

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in related field
• Experience with Python
• Experience with unit testing; pytest
• Extensive knowledge in Object Oriented programming
• Experience in debugging micro-services in an AWS infrastructure (CloudWatch, Roles, ...)
• Familiar with LLM architecture and best practices.
• Knowledge in Linux is a must and experience with automating tasks
• Experience with microservices and AWS managed services (Lambdas, Queues, API Gateway...)
• Using Git as a version-control system
• Knowledge in best practice for software development
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
• Innovative thinker, able to enhance all the algorithms based on business needs and requirements.

Language Requirements
French-English bilingualism is required.
In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.
