If you're a Python Developer with a passion for AI and Large Language Models and want to get the chance to work on cutting-edge AI-powered products and intelligent automation systems, then keep reading. As a key member of the AI Operations team, you will have a mandate to take part in all stages of the AI product development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment. 

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, implement, and deploy new AI features, LLM-driven modules, and intelligent product and process 
  • Maintain and improve existing AI-powered systems and internal automation pipelines, and support internal stakeholder requests 
  • Help research and evaluate new models, frameworks, and GPU infrastructure providers (such as OpenRouter, RunPod, and other cloud GPU platforms) for integration into our AI stack 

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • College or bachelor's degree in computing science or related field 
  • Strong proficiency in Python (3+ years) with hands-on experience building production-grade systems/software 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration, or generative AI applications 
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) - including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows 
  • Hands-on experience working with LLM API providers and model routing platforms such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent 
  • Familiarity with GPU GPU-as-a-service providers/platforms 
  • Good working knowledge of REST API design, async Python, and Linux/Bash scripting 
  • A solid understanding of container technologies and modern containerbased build practices 
  • Understanding of computational and data complexity, scalability, security 
  • Good knowledge of applicable design patterns, algorithms 
  • Ability to architect, build and own efficient applications and components. 

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience with Gitlab CICD pipelines 
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding pipelines 
  • Familiarity with ML orchestration and workflow tools 
  • Broad knowledge of many of the following: cloud infrastructure, model monitoring, system observability, and MLOps practices 
  • Experience in deploying production systems to AWS using IaC
