The Job:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be part of our Operations team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing operations to identify, develop, and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Design & Development: Create, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, and software programs.
  • Production System Design: Design, install, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment, tools, and production lines.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and lower costs.
  • System Programming: Program and maintain Control Systems, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), for industrial processes.
  • Documentation & Standards: Create, maintain, and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate products against specifications to ensure quality standards are met and resolve production issues.
  • Support & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, maintenance) to support new product launches and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
