Python Programming Entry Level information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Entry-Level Python Programmer, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Entry-Level Python Programmer, you need a solid grasp of Python fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and typically a degree or coursework in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, basic knowledge of databases, and exposure to frameworks such as Flask or Django are often expected. Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and effective communication help you collaborate and adapt quickly in a team environment. These skills ensure you can write clean code, contribute to projects efficiently, and grow within dynamic development teams.

How do entry-level Python programmers typically collaborate with more experienced developers on projects?

Entry-level Python programmers often work closely with senior developers through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and regular team meetings. This collaboration helps newcomers learn best practices, understand project architecture, and receive constructive feedback. It's common to start with smaller tasks or bug fixes, gradually taking on more complex assignments as you build confidence and skill. Open communication and willingness to ask questions are encouraged, as teamwork is essential in most Python development environments.

What are entry level Python programming jobs?

Employers look for candidates with a basic understanding of Python syntax, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Job description

AI Strategy Associate
Customer Experience | Provo, UT | Full-Time | On-Site | $50,000 - $90,000 | Entry-Level / 0-2 Years
ABOUT ATONOM
Atonom.ai builds Cloud Employees: intelligent AI agents that execute complex work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and HR. We believe growth should be limited by ambition, not headcount. We move beyond simple automation to genuine autonomy, empowering businesses to scale instantly. Join us as we build the infrastructure for the next generation of work.
THE ROLE
As a AI Strategy Associate, you'll work alongside senior team members to configure, deploy, and optimize AI Cloud Employees for our customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn quickly, work directly with clients, and see the impact of your work from day one. You don't need years of experience. You need curiosity, technical aptitude, and the drive to figure things out.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Analyze customer business processes to find high-impact opportunities for AI Cloud Employee deployment.
  • Join client calls to understand strategic goals and help translate them into AI workflows, including scoping use cases, defining success metrics, and shaping implementation plans.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues by understanding both the business context and the technical root cause, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Document implementation outcomes, build case studies, and contribute to playbooks that capture what works.
  • Share product feedback with Engineering and Product teams, including market patterns, feature gaps, and customer pain points.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Recent graduate (or soon to be) in Business, Strategy, Economics, Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience through internships or self-directed work counts too.
  • Curious about how businesses run. You like understanding operations, spotting inefficiencies, and thinking about where technology can help.
  • Interested in LLMs and prompt engineering. You don't need deep technical experience, but you've explored AI tools and thought about how they create business value.
  • A strong communicator who can connect technical capabilities to business outcomes and present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Self-directed and low-ego. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and move fast in ambiguous situations.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
  • Month 1: Learn the Atonom platform inside and out. Shadow senior team members on client calls and implementations. Get certified on internal tooling.
  • Month 2: Take ownership of your first customer implementations with senior support. Begin contributing to internal documentation and playbooks.
  • Month 3: Run implementations with increasing independence. Present learnings and customer pain points to the Product team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or data integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Any hands-on project involving LLMs or prompt engineering (personal, academic, or professional).

WHY JOIN
  • Real AI work. Not research papers. Production agents that generate measurable ROI for real businesses.
  • Mentorship built in. Learn from experienced specialists who invest in your growth.
  • Career velocity. High-visibility role with clear paths toward Solutions Architecture, Product, or Team Leadership.
  • Impact from day one. Small team, fast shipping, your contributions matter immediately.

BENEFITS
  • PTO accrual starts on day one.
  • Competitive health benefits package.
  • Paid holidays and company events.
  • Competitive salary.
