Full Stack Python/React Developer
W2 ONLY - NO C2C
Hybrid in Chandler, AZ
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong technical leadership skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset to join a growing AI Security team. In this role, you will help design, build, and modernize security platforms by integrating AI-driven assessment tools, automating workflows, and developing scalable enterprise applications.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud technologies, automation, and AI, helping drive innovative security solutions across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and deliver end-to-end full stack applications and services
  • Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow applications using React
  • Integrate AI/ML models and platforms into enterprise solutions
  • Develop automation solutions for governance, security, and operational workflows
  • Create and maintain data pipelines and service integrations
  • Collaborate across teams to define architecture and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Champion engineering best practices including test automation, TDD, and CI/CD

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong Python development experience with the ability to build and deploy end-to-end solutions

  • Experience working within multi-tier and enterprise architectures
