We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to lead a full-scale migration from UKG Pro/Kronos to Workday — end-to-end, from extraction to downstream integrations.

What You'll Be Doing
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Extract data from UKG Pro/Kronos (Talent, Timesheet, Core HCM, Payroll)
✅ Transform, cleanse & validate HR data for migration
✅ Load data into Workday using Core Connectors
✅ Build ETL pipelines to downstream systems — JDE, ServiceNow, Concur, Active Directory & Tower CRM
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders & Workday SMEs on data mapping
✅ Support testing & validation cycles end-to-end

What We're Looking For

6+ years in ETL / data migration
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro & Kronos
