What are some common challenges faced by Python junior developers during their first year on the job?

Python Junior developers often encounter challenges such as understanding large codebases, managing version control with tools like Git, and adapting to team workflows. Job description

About the Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI consulting and solutions business that helps organizations implement AI in practical, measurable ways. Working with leadership teams and operational stakeholders, the company delivers AI training, workflow transformation, and custom AI-powered solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing team at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption. You'll work directly with clients across a variety of industries, helping them understand, adopt, and operationalize AI technologies while supporting the delivery of bespoke AI solutions.

About the Role

This is a client-facing AI Consultant position with a strong focus on consulting, enablement, and business transformation. You'll lead AI adoption programs for multiple client organizations, helping teams integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows and unlock measurable business value. Alongside training delivery, you'll support the design and implementation of custom AI solutions, partnering closely with technical teams and stakeholders. This role combines consulting, education, solution design, project management, and applied AI expertise. It suits someone equally comfortable architecting a solution and standing in front of a room persuading people to change how they work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver AI training and enablement programs for client teams, ranging from hands-on workshops to executive briefings
  • Facilitate sessions with executives, managers, and frontline employees, adjusting depth and language to the audience in the room
  • Analyze business processes and identify where AI genuinely improves outcomes, and where it doesn't
  • Help design practical AI solutions aligned with client objectives, including building and configuring AI agent capabilities
  • Support the delivery of custom AI automation and agent-based projects, working alongside technical delivery staff
  • Manage client engagements, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Create reusable training materials, frameworks, and best practices
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools, platforms, and industry developments

Qualifications

  • AI & Technical Fluency
  • This is a hands-on, practitioner-level requirement, not a passing familiarity.
  • Deep, current fluency with leading LLM platforms: you use them daily, and you understand how to build with them, not just prompt them
  • Direct experience building agentic capabilities within a platform such as Claude, including custom skills and autonomous or semi-autonomous agent workflows
  • Sound judgment on when a use case calls for deterministic code versus an LLM-based approach, and the ability to explain that tradeoff to both engineers and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and AI-powered workflows
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical, buildable AI solutions

Required Skills

  • Training, Presentation & Communication
  • A genuinely compelling presenter and facilitator, someone who can hold a room's attention and drive a conversation forward, not just deliver a deck
  • Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into plain language for non-technical, senior stakeholders, including executives whose day-to-day comfort with technology may be limited
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, enablement programs, or educational content
  • Passion for driving user adoption and behavioral change, with an instinct for when training has actually landed versus when it's just been attended

Preferred Skills

  • Consulting & Client Delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with senior business leaders across a range of industries and technical sophistication
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities

Why Join?

  • Work on cutting-edge AI initiatives across a diverse client base
  • Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership
  • Significant responsibility and ownership from day one
  • Opportunity to shape how organizations adopt and leverage AI
  • Accelerated professional growth in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology
  • High-impact work with measurable business outcomes
