The GIS Analyst combines technical expertise, consulting, and client service to help deliver innovative solutions for public and private sector clients. This position is intended for a GIS professional with experience supporting and coordinating GIS projects, working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to project delivery within a collaborative consulting environment.

Your project work will include preparing maps, reports, data summaries, dashboards, and visualizations supporting environmental, planning, engineering, utility, and community-focused projects. You will also coordinate assigned project tasks, communicate with clients and project teams, support workflow improvements, while continuing to build consulting, technical, and project management skills within a collaborative consulting environment.

  • Proficiency with Esri products including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.

  • Understanding of GIS data structures, spatial analysis, and spatial data management.
  • Ability to support technical problem solving and communicate technical information effectively.
  • Experience balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

You'll be a strong candidate if you have experience with...

  • Local government, utility, environmental, engineering, or planning-related GIS projects
