Job Description Senior Automation Developer (Blue Prism/Python) Remote in CST or MST Time Zone 1 year W2 contract with opportunity for extension and conversion W2 Pay rate: up to $85/hr - Medical benefits available Hours: Standard Day Shift Overview Our client is seeking an Automation Developer to support and enhance an established Blue Prism automation environment. This role will focus on improving automation performance, reducing exceptions, maintaining automation workflows, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement across internal business processes. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for automation development, maintenance, orchestration, and optimization.

The position supports multiple internal business units, including Transmission, Supply Chain, Nuclear, and other operational areas. Responsibilities Support and maintain existing Blue Prism automations and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bugs, and improve automation stability and performance Improve automation run rates and reduce process exceptions Develop and enhance automation solutions using Blue Prism and Python Monitor automation health and ensure processes are running efficiently Manage automation development activities from requirements through deployment Partner with project managers and business stakeholders across multiple business units Support automation scheduling, orchestration, and maintenance activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing automation processes Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure successful automation outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years of automation development experience Strong Blue Prism development experience Experience with Python scripting Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing automation solutions Experience troubleshooting and resolving automation defects and production issues Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation orchestration tools Experience with CTwo (Control Tower) or similar automation scheduling/orchestration platforms Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform Experience supporting enterprise-scale RPA environment *Beware of scams.
