About Epirus

Epirus is a high-growth technology company dedicated to overcoming the asymmetric challenges inherent to the future of national security. Epirus' flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system built using intelligent power management techniques which allow power-hungry systems to do more with less.  

Job Summary:

This is an exciting role in a growing company. Epirus designs and builds cutting-edge, high-powered microwave (HPM) systems transforming the defense industry. As we scale our operations, we're seeking a skilled Palantir Developer with a finance background to support data integration, reporting, and decision-support tooling across our business. This is a 3-month contract engagement with potential for extension based on business need.

Responsibilities: 
  • Build, configure, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, and dashboards to support finance use cases 
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable data products 
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting workflows including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis applications 
  • Integrate data from ERP and other enterprise systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) into Palantir Foundry 
  • Support ad hoc analyses and build executive-level dashboards for leadership visibility into financial performance and operational KPIs 
  • Support end-user training and adoption of newly developed Foundry applications 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or a related experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Workshop/Slate) 
  • Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial operations 
  • Experience integrating ERP or financial systems data (Oracle, SAP, or similar) 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders 
  • US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (security clearance may be required) 
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with government cost accounting or program financials 
  • Proficiency in Python or PySpark within Foundry 
  • Experience building KPI frameworks and executive reporting tools 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and IT 
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
