Job description

The Sales Intelligence Data Analyst will leverage strong analytical skills to convert complex sales and operational data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across multiple sales teams. The role requires identifying data-driven opportunities and designing scalable reports and data models while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Familiarity with sales strategy and selling practices is a plus.

Your Impact:

  • Analyze sales activity to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing BEPL accounts, driving revenue and increased customer retention as well as provide data-backed recommendations to support new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by delivering analytical insights that enable the company to create competitive, motivating commission and incentive plans aligned with BEPL's business objectives.
  • Optimize the sales pipeline by monitoring performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending data-driven improvements to increase conversion and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of internal databases, with the ability to query, analyze, and summarize data to support ad-hoc analyses, recurring reports, and dashboards.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools to track KPIs and trends; translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders including Sales Leadership and Sales Operations.
  • Improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of analytics workflows through effective use of SQL, Python, CRMA, and related tools.

About You: 

  • Education/Coursework in Data Analytics or related field
  • 2+ years industry (or related) work experience
  • Experience with: SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA, Tableau
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Past involvement with Sales teams' analytics
  • Effectively manage, prioritize, organize team projects, tasks and initiatives
  • Is a team player: embraces collaboration and contributes to the team's overall success
  • Eagerness to independently solve problems and be a part of creating long term solutions
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross functional teams and within various levels of management in the organization
  • Expert data analytics skills and critical-thinking to analyze, summarize, communicate issues, and drive solutions for stakeholders
