Job Title: Senior Python Developer
Location: Richardson, TX ( Onsite )
Position : ( C2C Role )
Duration : ( 6+ Months)
Pay Range : $50 - 60/Hr
Skills: Python, Mongo DB, Kafka.
Job Description:
Develop Python applications for backend and platform engineering.
Implement Kafka event-driven messaging, including consumer groups and offset management.
Design and manage MongoDB at scale, including connection pooling, transactions, and indexing.
Implement multi-threading and asynchronous concurrency using asyncio and thread pools.
Develop and integrate REST and gRPC server applications.
Implement circuit breakers, retry logic, and graceful shutdown mechanisms.
Ensure production observability through logging, distributed tracing, and health checks.
Required Skills:
Python application development Kafka event-driven messaging (consumer groups, offset management)
MongoDB at scale (connection pooling, transactions, indexing) Multi-threading and async concurrency (asyncio, thread pools)
