Hiring: Python Developer

Location: Virginia (VA) | Texas (TX) | Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Contract W2

We are looking for experienced Python Developers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable backend applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions using Python.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Python development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Django and/or Flask, and REST APIs
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and unit testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments
  • Exposure to data processing, automation, or cloud-native application development
