Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer to join our Fraud Development Team for one of top 10 US Banks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Tableau dashboards and email automation solutions to support proactive fraud detection and monitoring documentation automation across key business lines - including Cards, Account Opening, Digital Channels, and Deposits.
This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to support fraud monitoring and reporting needs.
* Build and automate email alert systems to help automate documentation for Fraud Monitoring Team.
* Write and optimize complex SQL and PySpark queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Hadoop and Oracle environments.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate monitoring needs into actionable data solutions.
* Deliver quick-turnaround solutions for emerging fraud scenarios or urgent monitoring requirements.
* Manage project timelines and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively in a high-velocity, deadline-driven environment.
* Think through and implement end-to-end workflows, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and automation.
* Contribute domain expertise in Fraud Management for US Banking - specifically across Cards, Account Opening, Digital, and Deposits fraud space.
