Python Engineer (AI)
Onsite - Charlotte, NC (4 days per week, located next to Bank of America Stadium)
Our client, a healthcare-technology company operating a commerce and financing platform that connects medical-device manufacturers with providers, is looking for a skilled Python Engineer with an AI background to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you'll build and deploy the intelligent systems and services that power a fast-scaling platform at the intersection of healthcare, commerce, and technology.
Our client is seeking someone who thrives on solving complex problems, shipping production-grade Python, and applying AI/ML to real business outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
  • 40% - Python Development: Design, build, and maintain production-grade Python services and APIs that power the platform's commerce and financing capabilities.
  • 30% - AI/ML Engineering: Develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent features; move solutions from prototype to production.
  • 15% - Collaboration & Integration: Partner with product, data, and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
  • 15% - Quality & Reliability: Write testable, maintainable code and support the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed services.
