Division: Academics
Reports to: Principal
Schedule: 10-month position | 7:50am-3:50pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
Position Summary: The Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports academic growth and social-emotional development. This role includes planning and delivering instruction, assessing student progress, collaborating with colleagues and families, and implementing the school's inquiry-based and IB/PYP curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons
  • Assess student learning and use data to guide instruction
  • Support social-emotional learning and differentiated instruction
  • Collaborate with co-teachers, coaches, and learning specialists
  • Implement IEPs and academic interventions as needed
  • Maintain effective communication with families

  • Integrate technology and multicultural perspectives into instruction

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or related field
