Description
The Senior RPA Developer provides technical expertise and support within the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. The RPA team is responsible for developing, maintaining, enhancing, and providing production support for automated processes across various departments and systems.
Senior RPA Developers are accountable for the entire RPA project lifecycle under minimal supervision. They collaborate with business analysts to gather system requirements, conduct independent research on process enhancements and issues, perform analysis and design of automated solutions, programming, testing, and related tasks. They may manage small-to-medium projects or components of larger projects.
Senior RPA Developers engage directly with stakeholders at different organizational levels to identify effective technical solutions for business needs. They possess the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within tight deadlines, particularly in support of complex automation processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, with a minimum of three years of experience, education, or training in RPA or relevant areas. Substitution of work experience in Information Systems and Technology careers is accepted on a year-for-year basis.
PREFERRED:
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath
โ€ข Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
โ€ข Familiarity with integration platforms and APIs.
โ€ข Understanding of business processes across different domains.
โ€ข Previous experience with Jira and Azure DevOps

Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for managing and monitoring deployed robots.
