What do we ask?
  • Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
  • Work with supervisors and staff to operate and closely monitor high-vacuum PVD coating chambers
  • Conduct periodical checks ensuring the machine and process is running correctly
  • Load and unload customer products into machines while handling parts with care
  • Perform general maintenance and clean interior of coating machines
  • De-fixture batch loads after processing
  • Carry out visual inspection on parts after processing
  • Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?
High School Diploma is required minimum education
Previous experience in Manufacturing or another related field.
2+ years is preferred but not a requirement.
Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus! Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment.
Strong critical-thinking skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Good dexterity skills, and are able to handle precision machined parts.
Full-time position working 12-hour Shifts
Working hours - 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM
Must be able to pass a preplacement testing, background check, and physical screening/drug test.
