Location: Anaheim, CA

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Evening Shift – Monday to Friday (Overtime/Shift differential pay Available)

Job Summary

Seeking reliable and detail-oriented PVC Fabrication Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality PVC bends, sweeps, couplings, and other custom pipe fittings using equipment and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet industry standards for dimensional accuracy, strength, and finish while maintaining efficient production output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain PVC fabrication table, ovens, saws, and coupling assembly equipment.
  • Fabricate standard and custom PVC bends (elbows), sweeps (long-radius curves), couplings, and related fittings according to engineering specifications and customer orders.
  • Measure, cut, form, and assemble PVC components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Perform quality inspections on finished parts to verify dimensions, wall thickness, surface quality, and structural integrity.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
  • Record production data, material usage, and quality results accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and reduce waste.
