Base salary reaching $267,624 annually
Additional annual bonus potential up to $44,000
Access bonus paid biweekly for patient panel target achievement

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual base salary: $234,635.20 - $267,624.00
$12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for panel target achievement
Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
Partnership eligible sign-on structure:
    - $50,000 sign-on bonus
    - $25,000 retention bonus in year 2
    - $25,000 retention bonus in year 3
Non-partnership sign-on structure available
$10,000 relocation reimbursement
Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
$5,000 annual company credit card for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment
Laptop and cell phone provided
Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000-$300,000
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient-only Internal Medicine services to adult patient populations
Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex primary care needs
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary support teams including MAs, RN support, behavioral health, and specialty consult resources
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care planning
Deliver compassionate, mission-driven healthcare to underserved rural communities

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
