Water Restoration Lead – Manage Residential and Commercial Disaster Recovery


Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as a vital field leader, managing restoration projects from initial inspection through to successful structural drying. This role empowers you to protect property and provide peace of mind to customers during critical disaster recovery situations. You will work in a supportive, family-oriented environment where long-term career growth is actively encouraged and rewarded.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage and complete restoration jobs strictly according to work orders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform detailed site inspections to identify the scope of water damage and determine the required restoration strategy.
  • Execute water extraction, structural drying, and targeted demolition including the removal of drywall and flooring.
  • Supervise on-site technicians to ensure they are fully equipped and adhering to company safety standards.
  • Act as the primary daily contact for customers to provide project updates and ensure total satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain specialized drying equipment throughout the project lifecycle to prevent mold growth.
  • Complete accurate job documentation and field reports to maintain project transparency and compliance.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the water damage restoration field.
  • Proven ability to manage job sites effectively and lead small teams with minimal oversight.
  • Valid MA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating structural drying and water extraction equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to real-time problem-solving.
  • Personal Tool Bag required


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current IICRC Certifications in Water Restoration (WRT) or Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
  • Experience in mold remediation and specialized commercial disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior technicians in restoration best practices.
