Purely Driven.Position SummaryOur factory in Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo, Nestl Purina ONE, Pro Plan, Friskies, and Nestl Purina Veterinary Diets. We also proudly do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Situated just 25 miles from the factory, the city of Lincoln offers convenience to many of our associates who prefer the amenities of larger city living. They embrace the short commute from Lincoln to the quainter city of Crete, where our factory thrives. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be a key member of our warehouse team and will assist with keeping shipping activities running smoothly and effectively. You'll manage all shipping-related functions including assisting the team leader to assure timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound products, as well as provide loading information and paperwork for off-line loads.This position will be on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) OR 3rd shift (11pm-7am) and will work a 12-2 schedule (working every other weekend).This position offers a competitive base salary + overtime pay, quarterly bonus, full health benefits, 401k match, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activityCheck drivers in and out, while aiding loaders in locating productPrepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperworkCoordinate movement of trailersAssist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storagePrioritize and manage workload with various toolsWork with the Transportation group and Team Leader to make sure the complete office operates as efficiently as possible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years? warehouse coordinating experience in a manufacturing, transportation, military or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
