Role Description
This is a full-time, role as a Service Technician based in Lancaster County, PA. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our water purification systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, providing exceptional customer service during field visits, and ensuring optimal performance of the equipment. The role may require travel within the service area to meet the needs of clients and maintain system reliability.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair to ensure proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address technical issues effectively.
  • Field Service experience, including the ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns in a professional manner.
  • Additional experience or certifications related to water purification systems, plumbing, or HVAC are a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Lancaster County, PA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in a related field are advantageous.
