What Will You Do?

Implement fun, personalized ABA strategies one-on-one in clients' homes

Support with daily living and personal care routines-including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills-using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.

Collect and analyze progress data - celebrate those wins!

Communicate effectively with team members and families

Participate in engaging staff meetings and training sessions

What Do You Need?

RBT certification preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent

Love working with children - babysitters, teachers, daycare heroes, students in psychology or related fields, this is YOUR moment!

Physical ability to assist clients when needed

Warm, friendly personality & great communication skills
