IT Project Manager

We are seeking talented Project Manager to join our team in our St. Louis, MO location.
The primary responsibility is to provide full range of Project Management to SSE processes externally with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with client and internal stakeholders to create and manage project plans and objectives
• Plan, schedule and allocate appropriate resources to projects and teams
• Plan, schedule, and manage all project efforts to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget, scope and on-time
• Implement procedures to track progress, changes, costs, and schedules
• Manage all applicable hardware and software purchasing used in service provision
• Identify and lead resolution processes for project issues
• Manage all documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactively and regularly report progress to client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Assess each project upon completion and document process improvements
COMPETENCIES:
• Proven working experience as a project manager within the IT/cybersecurity industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service
• Technical competency/understanding of network architecture, hardware/software, etc.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Be client-facing, adaptable and responsive to customer needs
• Collaborate across multiple client and internal environments
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent desired
• 4+ years of project management experience is desired
