Job Description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a contract opportunity (with maximum possibility of extension). This position will be responsible for the following:ย 

Manage execution of individual projects within a global program

Manage projects with scope, budget and timeline

Prepare detailed scope documentation, WBS, cost estimates & budgets

Manage Financials utilizing SAP, Remedy, & Excel to include:

o Labor/Resource allocation in hours

o Labor/Resource allocation in dollars

o Hardware/Software Capital & Expense

o Balance project capital & expense budgets

o Purchase Orders / Commitments

Manage project artifacts to include: MS Project plans, schedules, resource plans

Coordinate closely with Vendor Management Office and vendors to ensure coordination

Produce weekly status reports and metrics.


Qualifications

Proven project management skills with 10+ years experience working as a Project Manager

Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement

Experience in multiple infrastructure domains (networks, telephony, servers, storage, middleware, security, messaging, data bases, applications, etc.)ย 

MS Office including Visio, MS Project, SharePoint.

ITIL certification a plus.

PMI/PMP certification required.
