As the Aftermarket Purchasing Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support the aftermarket business and to develop analytics tools focused on delivering the highest value to both internal and external customers. Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement improved aftermarket processes to increase team’s efficiency.
  • Build and maintain databases using AWS, Snowflake, SQL
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on large datasets from multiple sources
  • Develop robust data dashboards to support negotiations and team goal attainment.
  • Support Commodity Managers and Assistant Directors with all aspects of supplier business awards.
  • Support development of commodity strategies and suppliers.
  • Assist with development of supplier contracts and agreements when needed.
  • Support activities to drive improved supplier performance.  
  • Conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers and PACCAR Parts personnel.
  • Daily analysis and report building for Commodity Managers
  • PO discrepancy processing and reporting
  • Tracking and reporting on contractual Supplier funding
  • Supplier cost increase request reporting
  • Aftermarket Purchasing goal tracking and reporting
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, Snowflake, Access, Power Point, Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau required)
  • 2-3 years of applicable work experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, self-motivated quality and results-driven work ethic
Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field required
