Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join our team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing order data, sourcing pricing, and helping ensure smooth procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process purchase order data, change orders, amendments, and related documentation
  • Source pricing for spares using ILS and OEM websites
  • Follow up on and monitor the status of open purchase orders
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times to support purchasing decisions
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements
What You'll Need
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Previous aviation purchasing experience preferred.
• General proficiency in MS Excel and Word required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency mandatory - must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment.
