You ensure the operational processing and follow-up of orders, from receiving the request to delivery and acceptance, ensuring deadlines are met, information is reliable, and good coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Receive purchase requests and issue orders
  • Track supplier confirmations, deadlines, deliveries, and receipts
  • Follow up with suppliers and quickly report any discrepancies or delays.
  • Ensure consistency between order, receipt, and invoice
  • Contribute to data reliability and compliance with procurement processes
  • Provide responsive support to operational teams in daily order tracking
Profile
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or a similar function
  • Experience in a technical, industrial environment or projects is appreciated
