  • die strategische und operative Leitung der Abteilung Sourcing Indirect (inkl. Beschaffung Investitionen, MRO, Facilities Management, IT Dienstleistung, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe) übernehmen – inklusive Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von sieben Mitarbeitenden.
  • die Zukunft des Fachbereichs gestalten und eine innovationsorientierte Einkaufsstrategie weiterentwickeln.
  • Verantwortung für die Ausrichtung der Warengruppen- und Lieferantenstrategie übernehmen.
  • verantwortlich für die Lieferanten am Standort Reinach sein und unterstützen bei der Lieferantenentwicklung in den Regionen China, Indien, USA und Frankreich.
  • bereichsübergreifend mit strategischen Purchasing Manager*innen sowie mit Bau-, Fertigungs- und Industrial-Engineering-Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten.
  • optimierte Prozesse entwickeln und die effiziente Integration von Lieferanten in Projektprozesse sicherstellen.
Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?
  • verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss mit technischem Hintergrund – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Managementausbildung (z.B. MBA, MAS in Supply Chain Management oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation).
