- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Excellent guest service skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
- Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
