An Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiency within a company's supply chain. This role involves implementing inventory control measures, conducting audits, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Implement inventory control measures and conduct regular audits to minimize loss or shrinkage.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams on demand forecasting, product launches, and inventory allocation.

  • Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience preferred or a total of 4 years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $45,300.00–$67,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
