Job description

At Stat, we are building the first Care Operations Platform to solve the hidden inefficiencies costing healthcare organizations time and money. By combining our specialized hardware—such as wearable Stat Tags, in-room tablets, and interactive flowstations with advanced real-time location systems (RTLS), we eliminate the need for manual tracking, outdated flag systems, and hallway searches. We empower clinics and hospitals to instantly locate staff, automate cycle-time data, and optimize patient flow. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of preparing and deploying the physical infrastructure that allows healthcare providers to spend less time coordinating and more time caring for patients.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Fulfillment Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day fulfillment operations & team, including purchasing of equipment and components, shipping/receiving, technical fulfillment/programming.

What you'll do
  • Lead & supervise daily fulfillment employees & workflows, including programming firmware onto hardware, running functional tests, and conducting QA checks before shipping.
  • Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) centered around the fulfillment and warehouse operations.
2. Shipping & Logistics
  • Pack, label, and prep outbound equipment.
  • Generate shipping labels, commercial invoices, and handle customs paperwork for international shipments.
  • Manage all shipment through our primary shipment vendors, UPS and DHL.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse storage and workbench areas.
3. Purchasing & Inventory Management
  • Monitor component and equipment inventory levels; reordering stock from vendors before shortages occur.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and vendors for materials, electronic components, and warehouse supplies.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and input data into our inventory management system.
  • Lead & supervise fulfillment team members and help them grow and develop in their careers
  • Oversee continuous improvement and training efforts of current employees, as well as training & onboarding of future employees.
QualificationsIdeal Requirements
  • Warehouse & Logistics: 2–4+ years of experience in warehouse management, shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, or technical fulfillment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills for tracking purchase orders, inventory counts, and shipping documentation.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience as a team lead or supervisor of a team.
Technical & Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Zoho Inventory.
  • Experience communicating with component distributors (Mouser, Digi-Key) and quick-turn PCB fab houses.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between teams for coordination and communication.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during daily fulfillment routines.
  • Motor skills suitable for programming and testing components and hardware
