Emplify Health seeking a 2nd shift Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Central Service Center (CSC) warehouse while leading a team of approximately 10 Stockroom Clerks.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation logistics, and regulatory compliance. You will lead, coach, schedule, and develop staff while partnering with internal leaders and vendors to improve service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, activities.

  • Supervise logistics staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods from suppliers to customers while optimizing cost and efficiency.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and purchasing teams.

  • Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to secure transportation services.

  • Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.

  • Utilize logistics management systems and software to track shipments, inventory, and performance metrics.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday PMs typically between 2:00pm-10:30pm

  • Location: Onsite in West Salem, WI

  • Compensation: Starting at $54,000 with opportunity for higher pay based on relevant work experience

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalency, required. Associates in business, preferred

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience using a MMIS system for inventory control par location management, setting up cycle counts and year-end inventory, establishing optimum re-order points and utilization of barcode technology.

  • Previous supervisory experience in healthcare or materials management, Preferred

  • Certification/Registration/Licensure: For those functioning as a DOT regulated road test instructor, the following is required:

  • Valid Driver's License (DL), upon hire

  • Federal Medical Card

  • In-House Driver's Road Test Certificate within 60 days of hire

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, demand planning, and stock optimization.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and barcode scanning technology.

  • Healthcare supply chain or hospital materials management experience.
