Receive incoming materials

  • Maintain and organize storeroom 
  • Stock and deliver materials to production floor
  • prepare materials to ship
  • Data Entry
  • Problem Solving
  • Administrative Support

Working Hours:

06:00am-0430pm:  Monday - Thursday

Requirements

  • Obtains approvals of matched invoices with PO's and pack lists
  • Codes and tracks invoices during processing
  • Scans approved invoices and sends to Corporate AP department
  • Reviews vendor statements and resolves payment of past-due invoices
  • Maintain monthly accrual worksheets
  • Issues purchase orders required as a result of items that reached minimum inventory levels on plant consumable inventory count
  • Issues and receives weekly plant consumables inventory count
  • Issues purchase orders on a daily basis for items requisitioned and approved by Plant Manager and/or Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager
  • Purchases and controls inventory of office supplies
  • Assists Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager, as directed
  • Is an active member and participates in Cost Reduction Committee
  • Able to lift between 50lbs.
