  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and operating standards are followed.
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and daily restaurant needs.
  • Work closely with the kitchen manager and front-of-house leadership teams to maintain consistency.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for busy periods, special events, and seasonal fluctuations.

Guest Experience

  • Create an exceptional experience for every guest.
  • Be visible and engaged on the floor, interacting with guests and team members.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Build relationships with regular guests and the local Wilson community.

Financial & Business Management

  • Monitor labor costs, food costs, waste, and other operating expenses.
  • Review financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong inventory and purchasing controls.
  • Work with ownership and leadership to establish and achieve business goals.
  • Help drive sales through local marketing, community involvement, events, and exceptional hospitality.

Culture & Community

  • Represent Sidewinders and Blue Collar Restaurant Group professionally within the community.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on.

  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
  • A genuine interest in the Wilson and Jackson community.
