Position Overview

As the HVAC Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing coordination, facility organization, and material logistics. You will work closely with service technicians, installers, management, and vendors to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are available when needed while maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory levels for HVAC equipment, parts, materials, and shop supplies

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming deliveries

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts

  • Order materials and supplies while monitoring stock levels and replenishment needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Coordinate material deliveries and equipment pickups as needed

  • Pull and stage materials for installation and service jobs

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

  • Track company tools, equipment, and warehouse assets

  • Assist with fleet and equipment organization

Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related trades preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
