Job description

SCHEDULE:  8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Provides lead support and coordinates the daily workload and activities of the ROi Customer Service Call Center and Purchasing for all of ROi Supported entities. Responsible for training and overseeing team member processes. 
  • ​Monitors the daily tasks and workload of the Customer Service Call Center staff, redirecting workload tasks as needed. These duties may include requisition processing, daily product sourcing, vendor purchase order negotiations, purchase order placement of rush orders, confirmation and tracking follow up, and expediting of purchase orders for products and services for the Customer you’re in charge of supporting.  Works with the Operations team to facilitate late/stat orders requests for the customer.  
  • ​Ensures that adequate purchasing processes are applied to daily requisition and purchase order management. Provides training to team members in this area to ensure they are knowledgeable on processes.  
  • ​Provides front line support Supply Chain customers regarding supply chain issues.  Runs daily reports in Tecsys and Supply Chain Insight to assist in purchase order work flow. Will also assist with the Out of Stock reports and sourcing of subs when needed.  
  • ​Provides the first tier of support for other ROI teams such as Purchasing, CSC Inventory Management, CSC Operations, Transportation, Capital Purchasing and Local Supply Chain  
  • ​Monitors the call queue so that all calls to the ROi Customer Service call center are answered and managed within service level standards in a pleasant and reassuring manner and escalates customer calls to supervisor when necessary.  

Education & Experience:  


  • High School Graduate/Equivalent​ Required​  
  • 5+ years of experience in​ a customer call center or customer service role. Preferred​  
  • 3+ years of experience in​ a supervisory or lead role. Preferred​
