Manages reception area to greet students, staff, administrators, answer phone, process requisitions and other purchases, maintains Purchasing Card Log, initiates contracts, files and maintains records and documents, manages inventory of equipment and books, assists with Second Year Experience (SYE) processing of Fund Requests and SYE Scholarships, assists with management of the Tutoring/Resource Center and academic advisor appointments
