Job description

We are looking for a hands-on AI & NetSuite Automation Specialist to improve and automate operational processes across Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and Data.

You will help reduce manual work by building reliable workflows between NetSuite, Excel, AI tools, and other business systems.


Responsibilities

  • Automate workflows in NetSuite, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, Vendor Bills, inventory updates, and reporting.
  • Improve Excel templates, validations, formulas, imports, and reporting tools.
  • Build AI-assisted processes for invoice/document extraction, data cleanup, matching, reporting, and exception handling.
  • Develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, Saved Searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, CSV imports, and integrations.
  • Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility into workload, orders, inventory, invoices, and errors.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and maintain documentation, controls, and user training.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of NetSuite development, administration, ERP automation, or business systems experience.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite Saved Searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, CSV imports, roles/permissions, and custom records.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data validation, and reporting.
  • Experience with integrations and automation tools such as APIs, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Power Automate, Make, or Zapier.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for business process automation, document processing, data extraction, or reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.


Preferred

  • Experience with e-commerce, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, distribution, Shopify, EDI, or vendor invoice processing.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud certification is a plus.
