We are looking to hire a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate. The AP Associate will report to the purchasing Department. This role will primarily be responsible for processing invoices, Filling in Daily forms, and limited communicating with vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Primarily responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, and processing related payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements by researching and correcting discrepancies.
  • Entering orders into company software
  • Opportunity to learn other Tasks as time allows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own/manage respective responsibilities and work with limited daily direction.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge with emphasis on Excel
  • General ability to work within a team.
  • Adaptable and demonstrated resourcefulness to be proactive and solutions-oriented.
