Job Title: Purchasing AssociateJob Description

This role involves dedicating 20 hours to management tasks and 20 hours to assisting the purchasing team. The position is based at a centralized corporate location, with well-implemented processes that require maintenance. In addition to management duties, the role supports the purchasing side of the business, and depending on skill level, may involve some buying responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage established processes at the corporate location.
  • Assist the purchasing team with various tasks, including accounts payable and order entry.
  • Support the purchasing side of the business, potentially engaging in buying activities as required.
  • Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for efficient operation.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or basic purchase order work.
  • Background in purchasing.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Basic Excel skills.

Pay and Benefits
