Why Join JADOC?

  • Consistent, four-day workweek with daytime hours
  • Nonprofit mission focused on access, dignity, and public health
  • Welcoming team-oriented culture guided by our RICHES values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Hospitality, Excellence, and Stewardship.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dental care.

Benefits:

  • 4 weeks of Earned Time for every 12 months worked
  • Up to six (6) paid agency holidays
  • Dental care stipend
  • Long-term disability and life insurance (employer paid!)
  • A choice of three (3) comprehensive medical plans
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Bereavement Time off
  • 401k agency contribution
  • Health and Wellness programs including up to $100 reimbursement per year on health and wellness purchases, as well as access to group & individual wellness coaching.
  • Dental and Vision insurance options
  • Voluntary Accident & Critical Illness Insurance with a paid “Health Screening” benefit

Curious what it’s like to build a meaningful dental assisting career here? Come join our team and see what our employees have to say about the difference they make every day.
