Responsibilities 
  • Answer the phone at the clinic 
  • Greet patients when they enter the clinic
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Explain fees to patients and accept payment
  • Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
  • Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
  • Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment 
  • Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
